1- Can I know the delivery time for my order?

R: The delivery time for your order is 10 days maximum or less.

2- What can I do If the delivery time for my order has passed and I still haven't received my order?

R: If the delivery time for your order has passed, this is what you should do:

Contact us in our mail info@alixsuperstore.com , let us know about the delay in your shipment and we will check the latest updates on your package.

You can contact the carrier directly for information about your shipment. Please sometimes, we can ask you to wait a few more days to receive your order.

Remember, it is very important to give a correct delivery address to avoid delays in your delivery. We can't reship an order if the tracking information shows it was delivered, but if it's an error on our part, we'll reship your order free of charge.

3- How do I track my order?

R: Once your order is ready, we send it on to the carrier and send you an email to confirm your shipment. In this email you will have a tracking number. You can click on this tracking number to see the latest updates on the location of your package.

Remember that updates on your order and delivery status will depend on your carrier's tracking services. If you have any problem, you can contact us on our mail and we will do our best to help you.

4- What can I do if my order arrives in bad condition, damaged, broken, missed etc.? 

R: We are sorry, if your order arrives in bad condition, damaged, broken, missed etc. You can return your order after you receive it. Send us an email at info@alixsuperstore.com , your order number, some photos and tell us your reasons for returning your product.

Put the products back in their original packaging and we will send you a return label to your email address. Close the package and stick the return label over the old delivery label. Make your return with the carrier indicated on the return label to avoid charges.

Once your product has arrived and has been processed at the warehouse.  We will process your refund or exchange. For refund or exchange, it is 14 days maximum.

5- What can I do if I enter a wrong delivery address?

R: If you enter a wrong delivery address during the checkout process, you can change your delivery address before we ship this order.

Once this order is ready for delivery, we'll cannot change any information. In this case, if we cannot deliver your order. We will leave it at the carrier's office near your home.
